Each mL contains:
Gentamicin base 3 mg
Ketoconazole 10 mg
Prednisolone base 2.5 mg
Lidocaine HCl 12.23 mg
Indications:
Otomic is indicated for the treatment of acute or chronic external otitis, in dogs and cats.
It reduces inflammation, pain and pruritus and eliminates sensitive bacteria such as Pseudomonas as well as yeast (Malassezia and Candida) and dermatophytes (Trichophyton, Microsporum canis, etc.).
Target species:
Canine and Feline
Route of administration:
Direct in the external audit channel.
Dosage:
4 drops (animals weighing less than 15 kg) – 8 drops (weights greater than 15 kg) in the affected ear.
Interval between dose and duration of treatment:
Application is recommended every 12 hours for 7 days or according to the criteria of the acting Professional.
Contraindications:
Do not apply in animals with perforated eardrum or in those with known hypersensitivity to any of its components.
Examine the external audit canal before applying the product to confirm the integrity of the eardrum membrane.
Do not administer together with other substances of known ototoxicity.
