For its digital progress, PEKANA received the familyNET 4.0 – Unternehmenskultur in einer digitalen Arbeitswelt (familyNET 4.0 – Corporate culture in a digital workplace) award conferred by the Ministry for Economy, Labor, and Housing of Baden-Württemberg and Arbeitgeber Baden-Württemberg, the employer’s association of the German state. PEKANA received the award in the category for medium-sized companies with 50-250 employees for particularly innovative and sustainable programs and measures in the digital workplace.
