AZISOL 4.5G(VEMEDIM)

Each 4.5 g vial contains:

Azithromycin dihydrate...800 mg 

Treatment of respiratory, digestive, genitourinary tract infections and secondary infections from viral and bacterial diseases in poultry, dogs and cats.

USE:

Mix the medicine with 17 ml of boiled and cooled water and shake well to form an Azithromycin suspension with each ml of suspension containing 40 mg of Azithromycin. Use orally.  

DOSAGE:

Shake well before use.

Take orally, continuously for 7-10 days or as prescribed by a doctor with the following dosage:

- Dogs:

1 ml/4 kg body weight, once a day

- Cats:

1 ml/2 kg body weight, once a day  

- Fighting cocks:

1 ml/2 kg body weight, once a day  

Note

- After mixing, store the mixture in the refrigerator and use within 5 days.

- Total treatment time should not exceed 30 days. After 5 days of treatment, if symptoms do not improve, the case should be re-evaluated.

Store in a cool, dry place below 30 0 C. Protect from light and moisture.
